multiboot F9 and F10 with a common /boot ?

Yes, it should be safe ('safe' of course, relatively speaking), you'd probably 
want to try using the latest kernel version for their respective releases.

As long as you customize the file '/etc/sysconfig/kernel' for both 
installations, there shouldn't be a problem.
