Fedora 10 - no longer rawhide?

Probably you are hitting a mirror that hasn't got the latest updates yet.
When I look at them from time to time, I see ones that don't stay very
current. (If you want rawhide or updates, you want to be pulling from
a mirror that updates daily and a lot don't seem to do that.)
