You run both Sendmail and Exim on your system.

>From your log above you can see sendmail daemon and the msp started at
08:10. This means port 25 is occupied by Sendmail. Thus Exim is not able
to bind to port 25 as well.

Decide which MTA you intend to run and uninstall the one not required.
