Thumbs up for F9 -> F10 using preupgrade

not every package was rebuilt during the Fedora 10 development cycle
yum list |grep .fc10|wc -l
8649
 yum list |grep .fc9|wc -l
2626
yum list |grep .fc8|wc -l
154

so packages that say fc9 in them are to be expected
