Su to root and open a text editor (gedit, kwrite, whatever), and navigate 
to /etc/rc.d/rc.local, and add the following line to the file.

modprobe saa7134-alsa

It should now be loaded when you boot.

There should be some easier way to do this. Can you post the contents 
of /etc/modprobe.conf.
