64 Bit Linux shows 4GB... was Using all of 4GB RAM...

Depends how crazy you are feeling but I would suggest doing a reinstall.
If you really really want you can force install (with rpm --forcearch)
parallel 64bit versions of the core setup but its pretty hairy.
