How is KDE4 supposed to be used ?

I have successfully done this now.

Xterm is not listed in any of the menus I have looked at so far.
I use it all the time. The reason I needed a button to launch xterm
is that I sometimes need to launch additional xterm windows when I am
already running a program in the current xterm.
