F9 KDE4 running ssh-add at login

ksshaskpass indeed depends on KDE 3 libraries, but it works just fine in a KDE 
4 environment. Programs for any X11 desktop environment usually work in any 
other, and that's also how backwards compatibility with KDE 3 works.
