New Konqueror 4.1 Problem - button icons not displayed.

All icons and at least some, if not all, images on the web page being
displayed. In particular, the icons for the CONTINUE, PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, PLACE ORDER
buttons. There is no problem with any icons in the toolbars.
