VMware start and hardreboot

Hi again,

i figured out, that this problem only occurs with the vmware appliance
http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/1028. 
I tried to install a debian netboot and this seems to work for me -> no
reboot.

Maybe someone has an idea about this?
