F10: how can I set default locale settings

You can set the default locale for the whole system by setting LANG 
in /etc/sysconfig/i18n.

Do you know the code for the locale you want? I don't really know but I'd 
guess at "cs_CZ" or maybe "cs_CZ.UTF-8".
