Change Font used by xterm in f9

I'm really running xterm. It works best for me.

The <control-mouse click> is exactly what I want since my abilty to
read fonts changes a lot during the day, apparently depending upon
what I've eaten. So sometimes I can read quite small fonts and then
later, I cannot make out the default font.
