On our PC's right?  

1) On Bill's OS
2) On regular dvd players which are intended for this (please do not get offended) 
3) find/retrieve/store keep copies of libdvdcss source code and compile it on our own, at our own risk, and install it.

I still like option 3 the best, but as long as I can watch the movie I would not mind option 2 or 1 going in that direction :)
