Not from your end....
But, I can tell you that I can get to
http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f9.newkey&arch=x86_64
and tracepath is very similar to yours. So, the tracepath is not a
valid indicator of why you can't get to that URL.
