Get just security updates with yum?

Look at the yum-security plugin.  In fact, you (and other interested
yumonauts) may want to look at the results of this command:

  yum info yum\*

http://fedoraproject.org/infofeed/ - This feed looks current to me; RSS
and Atom links are included on that page.
