Updating Yum requires pygpgme - not in mirror

Hm, silly me. Everything is just the base repo (fedora.repo). It was
disabled here, no idea why, maybe a PEBCAK. Edited to get enabled=1
again and yum could find pygpgme and update yum.noarch as expected..
