Booting F9 without X

You can change your /boot/grub/grub.conf and add a '3' to the end of the
'kernel' line(s). (Yum updates to the kernel automatically keep the same
parameters, so you only need do this once.) But as others have pointed
out, there are various ways to do this :-)
