Acroread 9 - Fewer Major Features than Version 8

Have you tried evince or okular (from kdegraphics)?
Evince has made great improvements over the last year and is worth trying
again if you haven't tried it recently. I haven't used okular personally,
but have seen it recommended on the Fedora lists.
