Unable to install libX-devel

I even tried by downloading tarred libX11-devel-1.2.2-1.fc11.x86_64 from web.
But still couldnt. The error message generated was

Errors were encountered while downloading packages.
libXau-devel-1.0.4-5.fc11.x86_64: failure: libXau-devel-1.0.4-5.fc11.x86_64.rpm from fedora-iisc: (256, 'No more mirrors to try.')
libXdmcp-devel-1.0.2-8.fc11.x86_64: failure: libXdmcp-devel-1.0.2-8.fc11.x86_64.rpm from fedora-iisc: (256, 'No more mirrors to try.')

what should i do to resolve this.
