Write to the Fedora list about a problem with something else, such as
not knowing how to use WINE, for example.  And moan about how it's
Fedora's fault.

Be rude and offensive, that's sure to make everybody want to help you.

Complain that you want to use some Windows thing on Linux.

Moan that if *we* all did something, but not you, that it might make
this (already useful) operating system useful.
