F12: Gnome "Menubar" missing on multiple applications,

   My feelings are that there is something wrong with GTK2 and
   specifically with the configuration/setup repository as installed
   around /usr/lib64/libgnome-menu.so.2.

   Many applications that have dependencies towards seem all to have
   lost their "title/window/dressing/top" menu's.
