Do you mean packages from the gcc-4.4.2-20.fc12 build?

The broken deps report for Fedora 12 + updates + updates-testing has
covered the gcc-gfortran broken dep, too:

The update request for the gcc-4.4.2-20.fc12 build is here:

According to the log messages at the bottom, it seems the first push of
the packages might have been incomplete, and the update request has been
renewed just a few days ago. Wait for the builds to appear on the repo
mirrors.

When facing dependency problems, query what's installed and what's
available in the repos. Often that's key to understanding broken deps.
