It is? In what manual may I be so rude as to ask?

You can generate it, but I now have doubts there is any interest on the part 
of fedora to fix it.  Why?  cuz fixing it would destroy the vendor lock in 
that your version enforces.  And IMO, it really doesn't get any clearer than 
that.

Couldn't get it to take my pw.  It seems to have forgotten it yet again.

Ignorance?  Sorry, my troubleshooting skills with things electronic and 
coding for smaller cpus than linux runs on have kept me in housing, food and 
water for 75 years now, and I do tend to call a spade a spade when the clues 
point to it.  Sorta like Johnny Carson once said about if the shoe fits, wear 
it.
