udev boot-time permission problem

Any hints as to what this should be filed against in bugzilla.  I just
noticed this after a yum update and reboot on f12 (x86_64) with selinux
enforcing.

     dracut: Loading SELinux policy

If the airwaves belong to the public why does the public only get 3
non-overlapping WIFI channels?
