How many people need to use the proprietary nvidia driver ? (Or other non kms driver ?)

Oh crud. Forgot to mention I'm using Fedora 11 (GREAT SYSTEM BTW).

I'm too scared to upgrade to Fedora 12.
I don't want to go into withdrawal from my SNES emulator or Quake 4.
