Depends upon your particular model. Some, such as the m200 series, do
not have a menu option to force MSC mode. Per Sandisk for the m200 you
need to remove the battery and enable Hold before connecting to the
USB port. For other models it's enable Hold, depress << button while
connecting to USB port. Read the Users Guide or check with Sandisk
Sansa Support FAQ for your particular model.
