Changing host window in KVM

At least it's under Keyboard & Mouse now. In KDE 3, it used to be under
Language and Regional Settings. Somebody thought regional keyboard layouts
and keyboard shortcuts logically fit together and decided to just throw
both into Language and Regional Settings.
