KDE 4.2 requires local MySQL Server

OK, discussed with upstream kontact/akonadi, we've got their ok/blessing to
shrink the default value of
innodb_log_file_size=64M
in ~/.local/share/akonadi/mysql.conf
to something a little more palletable.
