Moving GPG Keys Between Computers

I've done that in the past, with different versions of Fedora.  However,
keep the newer GPG configuration file, and update it with applicable
options from the older GPG configuration file.  Some options change
between versions, and directly using an old configuration file isn't
always a good idea.
