gdmsetup not present in Fc9 or Fc10

It is possible to use KDE with GDM, but the setting is well-hidden. You have
to specify your user name, only then will GDM offer you the option of
selecting your desktop. (I think this is really bad UI design, but the GDM
folks seem to think otherwise.)
