You can reinstall:

Enter the login screen and type Ctrl + Alt + F1

user: root
passwd: (your root password)

yum remove kde

After you uninstall it again:

yum install kde

Should not work here puts Xorg log to give us a guide of where the problem:

/var/log/Xorg.0.log
