Ext2IFS_1_10c.exe problem

[GMS S]

Hi all.
I installed Ext2IFS_1_10c.exe and gave the drive letters for  linux ,swap..
But when I click those drives ,a message is shown :
"Do you want to format this drive?"
Would would I do?
Could someone please tell?
