ntpd sync fails on boot

No, mbrc32 (192.168.9.32) is the machine that I am
rebooting and has the problem.
mdrc21 (192.168.9.21) is the time server.

Ok, I'll do it.
Do you think that this will help even though
selinux should not really doing anything?
