F9 & F10: Add/Remove Software program leaves behind a running process that cannot be stopped.

I saw it last night but it eventually did satisfy itself and exit out.

I gathered that the problem was that it seemed to be an update for the
rpmfusion repo files themselves which did get updated when I ran yum
update from cli.
