X locks up after a random time

I have been having this issue since FC10 came out, throughout several kernel 
updates, so I believe this is not kernel related.

However, F9 has been working on the same hardware and KDE/compiz without 
hiccups, but this was 32bit install. Since F10 I went 64bit, and I wonder if 
that might be related...
