I use this procedure one time ...

> mkdir ~/rpmbuild
> cd ~/rpmbuild
> mkdir -p BUILD RPMS SOURCES SPECS SRPMS
> echo "%_topdir	/u/master/addon/esempi.conf/rpm/rpmbuild" > ~/.rpmmacros
