Fedora 10 Yum Python Error

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

   libbz2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: Input/output error

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.5.2 (r252:60911, Sep 30 2008, 15:41:38)
[GCC 4.3.2 20080917 (Red Hat 4.3.2-4)]


This file libbz2.so.1 is on the machine,
"python import yum", also gives the error,
so cannot get extra info.

Currently yum, rpm give the error.
