A very good selection of modern free and open source software that
works very well together - most of the time.

Software developers.  Web developers.  IT people.  Tech enthusiasts.
Students.  Engineers.

In its current state, anyone who is willing to put in the extra effort
to learn something new.  However, I think the above list works best.
