Hi!
Not necessarily.
I would think that domain is hosted on a shared hosting server. This
means, there are many domains on that webserver.  The domain name the
ping command returned to you ( http://171203020173.upstream.com/ )
just means that this name is the real host name.
Its nothing to worry about as long as that domain shouldn't point to a local PC.
