I have up to date F11 booting with encrypted swap and home.

There was a problem reported with tabs in /etc/crypttab causing an issue.
You might check that, though in my case I had tabs and it didn't seem
to cause a problem. (I recently had an issue with a luks device having
a swap signature on it that caused some odd stuff during boot, but not
exactly what you are seeing.)
