After some tinkering, I found that the fc11 kernel package from rpmfusion has the rt2860 driver enabled, and I am pleased with it. Unfortunately, I am not connecting at anything above 54mB/s becuase I am sharing someone's router, who refuses to upgrade to wireless N.
