to clarify your statement, 'centos' and 'scientific linux' are not supported
by 'red hat' tech support.

speaking in behalf of 'scientific linux', 'scientific linux' has it's own
very good group support group.

in a summary, fedora is a 'beta' for red hat enterprise linux.
