Firefox 3.5.1 broke my flash 3.5 worked fine

I noticed it right after updating Firefox from 3.5 to 3.5.1 on the 23rd. 
The previous update sessions did not seem to have any effect on 
operation. I'd like to resolve this without having to remove pulseaudio 
if at all possible.
