Option to select desktop

First thing - please do not top post, and post in HTML. Please see

Guidelines:

If you use /etc/sysconfig/desktop, only use one DESKTOP line - that
will be the default desktop.

If you use switchdesk, you run it as a user after you log on, and it
sets the desktop for that user.
