cpuspeed problem

I'm using Fedora 10 with all updates, and I am getting this strange error
when I start cpuspeed.  Has anyone else noticed this?  I cant seem to find
what package this belongs to,


service cpuspeed start
modinfo: could not find module cpufreq-userspace
