On the other hand, with regard to ntp, ntp-4.2.4p7-1.fc11 isn't tagged for
dist-f11, but only ntp-4.2.4p6-4.fc11 which is older than f10 updates'
ntp.  So, as this violates the upgrade path, f11 updates-testing is needed
for the newer ntp-4.2.4p7-2.fc11 - you should still see the much newer
glibc for f11, though, in the "fedora" repo.
