Fresh Fedora 11 fetches 362MB+ of updates, where's deltaRPM?

Possible, yes.  A good idea...probably not.  Remember, this is the first
release we've generated deltarpms for.  The infrastructure team will be
working on the process, and if they need to throw hardware at the
problem, I would expect that they'll do so internally.
