Files corrupt on copy

I'll try reseting the BIOS to defaults.

Strangely I'm trying to reproduce a plain text file (370Mb), so I can see 
how corrupt the file gets ( easier to diff ) and its copied fine 64+ times 
so just seems to be binary files.
