Returns the following:

/dev/sda2: uuid="6xST10-Cskd-.........." TYPE="lvm2pv"
/dev/sdb1: uuid="-.........." TYPE="lvm2pv"
/dev/sdc1: uuid=".........." TYPE="lvm2pv"
/dev/sdd1: uuid=".........." TYPE="lvm2pv"
/dev/dm-0: uuid=".........." TYPE="ext3"
/dev/dm-1: uuid=".........." TYPE="swap"


I think you are right about the multiple installations.
I did try to reinstall 2 or 3 times hoping to overwrite and fix the  
problem.......

What should I do now?
