/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.gnome.GConf.Defaults.conf gets corrupted

In Fedora Core-10,

 /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.gnome.GConf.Defaults.conf

is corrupted with each powerfail or abnormal shutdown
on toshiba A10.

Anyone else experienced this?

Any resolution to this problem?
